We offer custom annual pricing for organizations that want to distribute Canadian Trade Intel to their members, staff, or client companies.

What's in a sector intelligence report? +
Each weekly sector report includes 4–6 verified intelligence signals with source attribution and Canadian-specific analysis, step-by-step actions with named contacts and URLs, four market entry pathway cards with numbered entry steps and TCS contacts, a Watch For These section with dated upcoming events, a Canadian Spotlight company profile, and a Procurement Watch section covering relevant open tenders. Reports run 10–15 minutes of reading with immediately actionable intelligence. Every subscriber also receives the multi-sector digest every Tuesday — a five-minute summary across all six sectors.
How does team access work? +
The Team plan includes up to 5 named users, each with their own login and full platform access. Additional seats are available at $49/seat up to a maximum of 20 users. The Institutional plan includes up to 15 users and adds invoice billing, priority support, and a 20% discount on custom intelligence reports. All team plans include a team onboarding call and the option to set up a distribution list for automatic digest delivery to your full team or member list.
What is the student verification process? +
The Student plan requires a current institutional email address — either a .edu domain for students and academic researchers, or a .gc.ca address for government analysts. Email your institutional address to hello@canadiantradeintel.ca with "Student Plan" in the subject line and we will verify and activate your account within one business day. The Student plan does not include access to the procurement hub — it is designed for academic and policy research use. Researchers requiring procurement access should use the Subscriber plan.
What does the Procurement Hub cover? +
The Procurement Hub aggregates 200+ active tenders weekly from CanadaBuys (federal), SAM.gov (US federal), EU TED (international/GPA), MERX (federal and provincial), and SaskTenders (Saskatchewan). Tenders are searchable by keyword and filterable by source, jurisdiction, and closing date. Each tender links directly to the source portal for submission. The Procurement Only plan ($20/mo) provides standalone hub access for procurement officers who do not need the full intelligence subscription. The hub is also included in the Subscriber, Team, and Institutional plans.
What is the cancellation policy? +
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@canadiantradeintel.ca or from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — we do not cut access immediately on cancellation. Annual subscribers who cancel within 30 days of renewal can request a prorated refund for unused months. Monthly subscribers are not billed for the following cycle after cancellation. The 14-day free trial on Subscriber and Student plans incurs no charge if cancelled before day 15.
How does the 14-day free trial work? +
The Subscriber and Student plans begin with a 14-day free trial — full platform access at no charge. Your card is not charged until day 15. During your trial you receive two full weekly intelligence reports, enough to evaluate the depth and relevance of the intelligence before committing. Cancel before day 15 and you will not be billed. The Procurement Only, Team, and Institutional plans do not include a trial — contact us at hello@canadiantradeintel.ca to arrange a demo.
Can government departments or associations subscribe? +
Yes. The Institutional plan is designed for federal departments, provincial trade offices, Crown corporations, and industry associations. It includes up to 15 users, invoice billing for procurement-friendly payment, priority support, and a 20% discount on custom intelligence reports. For organizations needing wider distribution or custom sector focus, use the contact form on this page to discuss a tailored arrangement. We work with trade promotion organizations, chambers of commerce, and sector associations.
Is the annual discount available on all plans? +
The annual toggle applies to the Student ($35/mo monthly → $29/mo annual), Subscriber ($69/mo monthly → $55/mo annual), and Team ($249/mo monthly → $199/mo annual) plans. Procurement Only is billed at $20/mo regardless of billing period. Institutional pricing is set by arrangement — contact us for annual invoice options. Annual plans are billed as a single payment upfront.
