Opennote

Opennote, a Canadian-founded software company that graduated from the prestigious Y Combinator startup program, has been purchased by Reducto. The San Francisco buyer will keep all of Opennote's employees as part of the deal. While the purchase price wasn't disclosed, this acquisition shows continued international interest in Canadian technology companies and talent.
